Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the House               
Letter of Intent offered on House Journal page 866 be adopted.                 
Without objection, the Letter of Intent was adopted.                           
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 173 "An Act relating                
to reports by state agencies" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken
